Refund/Cancellation Policy 

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your reservation, please email us at abgatherings@gmail.com. We will work with you to the best of our ability. Some costs are fixed for the foundation, and each ticket includes a donation to the foundation, as this is our annual fundraiser, so we issue refunds as follows. You may receive a full refund, minus processing fees and the donation (unless specifically requested), within 30 days of purchasing your ticket. After 30 days, you are eligible to receive a 50% refund for canceling the reservation.  Refund requests, and tickets purchased within 45 days of the event (45-14 days prior to the event) are non-refundable.  Your ticket includes a donation to the Animal Based Research Foundation.  If you need a refund, and would like the donation portion of your ticket refunded as well, you must specifically request it.
